A public statement explains how official announcements will distinguish verified releases, development plans, sourced claims and corrections.

Accuracy before announcement volume

MCAK Newsroom Elite Hub will publish official material about software, technology and the professional work of Md Chhafrul Alam Khan. Its editorial standard is to favor information that can be connected to a date, a named project, a documented change or a primary source.

An announcement should make it possible to answer basic questions: what happened, which product or initiative it concerns, how its status is described and where a reader can find relevant supporting information.

A clear distinction between release and intention

Public availability is different from internal testing. A feature proposed for a future build is different from a feature present in a published app. Likewise, an announced research direction is not an independently validated discovery. These distinctions will be reflected in headlines, summaries and the body of each publication.

Announcements will not invent user totals, revenue figures, certifications, awards, testimonials, review scores or third-party endorsements. When a numerical or technical claim is used, the announcement should identify its source and the context in which it applies.

Sources and responsible editorial updates

Official application stores, dated publisher statements and relevant primary documents are suitable reference points. Links to sources are presented alongside a release when they materially support the information being published.

If an existing article requires a material correction, its content can be updated with an accurate modified date. Changes that significantly alter the original announcement should be described rather than silently replacing the historical meaning of the text.

Press communication and reuse

Journalists may quote and attribute facts to the original official release, subject to applicable copyright and publishing requirements. A newsroom announcement represents the publisher’s statement; it should not be misrepresented as independent news coverage or third-party editorial endorsement.

The newsroom provides press resources where available and avoids displaying media files that have not actually been supplied.

Questions for the press
