Before audio:
🔹 Look at question 5 → “Customer name ____ ?” → Expect a proper noun.
🔹 Look at question 7 → “Total cost ____ pounds.” → Expect a number + currency.
When you guess right, your brain locks focus = Band 9 reaction speed.

📘 7️⃣ Spelling & Grammar Rules

✅ All answers must fit grammatically.
✅ Check singular / plural endings (“student → students”).
✅ Numbers → write digits (“£30”) unless told to spell.
✅ Names → capitalise first letter.
✅ Extra word = wrong answer (only exact fits accepted).
