Official product status statement

MCAK Newsroom Clarifies Which Applications Are Published and Which Remain in Development

An official product-status statement separates six publicly reported Android applications from active future software initiatives.

At a glance

Key points

  • Six Android applications are identified as published.
  • NGConverter and NGCareerPilot are explicitly in development.
  • Future announcements will distinguish published capabilities from planned work.

An official product-status statement separates six publicly reported Android applications from active future software initiatives.

Published applications

Six applications are identified as part of the publicly released Android portfolio: NGSpeak: Language Learning App, NGDialogue: Speak English, IELTS Dictionary: All 4 Skills, IELTS Band 9 AI Coach Prep App, NGStudio: Video & Photo Editor and NGRecipe Match Quest: Match 3.

Each published application has its own purpose and development lifecycle. Their store listings and update histories provide the current public record for availability and released features.

Development initiatives are not launch announcements

NGConverter is an ongoing universal file-conversion development project. NGCareerPilot explores structured job discovery and outreach workflows. Both are subjects of future-facing engineering work; neither is described by this statement as a finished, generally downloadable release.

An early version number, a local demonstration or an internal development milestone does not establish that software has passed acceptance testing or entered public distribution.

Why status clarity matters

Readers, journalists and potential collaborators need to know whether they are considering a current product, a planned feature or a research direction. Combining all of those under one unqualified “released” heading would create unnecessary confusion.

MCAK Newsroom therefore distinguishes public availability, documented updates, development progress and aspirational roadmap items. This principle will apply to future releases as the portfolio evolves.

How the record will change

New products will be identified as published only when their actual availability is confirmed. Major updates will be recorded against the corresponding application rather than silently rewriting an older announcement into a new launch.

Questions for the press

How many applications are published?

Six are currently identified in this official portfolio record.

Are NGConverter and NGCareerPilot included in that six?

No. They are separate development initiatives.
