Product challenge
How can files be converted across formats while preserving privacy and avoiding servers?
Design and engineering direction
Designs a local-first universal conversion workflow with format-specific validation and truthful capability matrices, beginning with Android before broader cross-platform release.
Truthful file-format support
Universal conversion is an aspiration that must be broken into specific input/output pairs. Each pair needs an actual on-device engine, compatibility checks, progress feedback and output validation; a format name in a menu does not constitute working support.
Architecture and release focus
NGConverter prioritizes functioning local conversion engines and Android acceptance before expanding advertising or subscription mechanics. Cross-platform architecture is retained, while unsupported conversion claims are intentionally excluded.
Current stage and learning
An in-progress engineering initiative; completeness and format support must be established by passing conversion tests, not assumed.

Problems to discuss
Manual file processing, repetitive workstation tasks, unreliable data handling, poor user feedback, or limited offline access.
Possible project scope
Workflow mapping, feasibility assessment, local-first tool design, implementation plan, and validation criteria.
